I lead AI at CANCOM and run AInleuchtend—consulting, custom AI software, and training—from Munich.

I'm a computer scientist and entrepreneur based in Munich with 5+ years in software engineering and AI. As Team Lead AI at CANCOM, I lead the AI department across strategy, portfolio development, and staffing—building and positioning our end-to-end AI offering from use-case discovery to production-grade enterprise solutions. I own technical architecture for scalable applications spanning LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AIoT across cloud and on-prem, and advise C-level stakeholders on cost-optimized, hardware-aware AI strategies. I earned my M.Sc. in Computer Science from LMU Munich, conducting research at BMW on fine-tuning retrievers and generators in Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems. Previously, I served as Head of Operations at Aqarios, leading a team of 10+ engineers in developing the Luna Platform, a SaaS solution for quantum computing integration. I'm also the founder of AInleuchtend, where I advise organizations, executives, and public institutions on AI strategy and deliver workshops that make AI accessible, actionable, and impactful.
